We started Black Oak because we were tired of the alternative.
Too many outdoor projects in Northern New Jersey are handed off to a chain of subcontractors, priced with vague numbers, and finished with the kind of "close enough" details that reveal themselves the second winter.
We built Black Oak on a simple bet: that there is a growing group of homeowners who want the exact opposite — a single team of craftsmen, a fixed price, real materials, and the kind of finishing that reads intentional from every angle.
